Hormones are high and low. jes!
It’s easy to feel a bit lonely, don’t know why but thoughts and emotions come at me at as snow boll, straight in my stomache. Boom, here you go lady! Oh sweet thanks. ;/
Sometimes I wonder why Jake don’t ask more about it all?
But how can he know of all the emotions I’m going through. There is like a million thoughts a minute.
If you are a ”soon to be dad” there can never be to many hugs. Just be extra freaking amazing ok?
Emotions are like the worst roller coaster ride for your lady so just check in every minute ok? hahah!
– I know I speak for all ladies out there with a bump.
Over all I’m still going strong. I can’t do to 8h work days no more, 4h is enough.
My head and body gets pretty tired. I was at FGL Store on Saturday and luckily I had Lizette by my side, it was very busy. Talking to a lot of people and running around on concrete floor isn’t great. We did 6.5h and I felt tired..but it’s so much fun.
Slept like a baby in the sofa on my Sunday ..
Less work, more rest from now on.
I gained 10kg which isn’t much at all, feel ‘big’ enough when getting up in the mornings. Especially after yoga too. Stiff like a fridge, (weird saying in Sweden)
I love fruit more than ever before. Glad that’s my craving.
I bought one pair of mama jeans, I guess my wardrobe is a bit ‘oversized’ so that’s good.
I do yoga and breath work daily . I hope this will help me a lot through birth. Strong mind so far,
will see how I will react during labour, but hopefully with deep breathing I manage to control some of the pain.
I’m excited for the next step – to enjoy my super strenght and bring a baby to this world.
Will be the most powerful thing ever.
Have never been so excited for christmas before, baby brain delux. Time to decorate, it’s november so it’s not toooo early. (says only me)
We bought a pram and the rest.I did a Q&A on my instagram yesterday and I’m overwhelmed by the response, so many of you got involved. That is so much fun.
”baby is preparing it’s way down. getting ready for delivery”
Yes, that’s what I got in my email this morning. The update for enter every new week.
We’re now in week 34.
I can agree to baby is preparing him self, I feel more pain in my lower parts.
I get sore when laying to long on one side. So sleeping isn’t the comfiest. But it’s ok.
Our pillows are my best friends and sorry Jake for giving them more love than you right now.
Putting socks on – very tricky right now. When doing yoga my belly touches my thighs too, funny feeling. Getting up if been on my knees isn’t the easiest either.
We went to our first parental group last Monday. It’s interesting to listen and take in some stuff, but I’m not sure if we will attend to the next two meetings. Think it’s better if we read up on the stuff at home, since the class was only in Swedish.
The book ‘föda utan rädsla’ seems pretty good to, read 1/3 of it so far.
For me the breath work is the most important to practise. With the right mindset and a lot of breathing I think your body will respond to that. Peace calm and comfort
– You can try while reading this, how deep breathing totally changes your whole body .
It will be painful as hell – no matter what. The only thing I could do is the practise and focus to get a stronger mindset. I can do this and I’m excited. See you soon baby.
Choosing a pram, and things to buy stress me out more to be honest.
Autumn is certainly here. I’m so grateful. Love all the colours and how it smell outside. Crispy mornings are the best ones.
This picture is from a very sunny morning, just before my 20 min yoga. Found a really good 20 min class on youtube. For morning and night.
One night I treated myself to a long bath. Jake both cooked and made me this warm bath after a really long day at FGL Store. My back were so sore, I could barely move. So this peppermint bath – truly made my day! Thanks hun!
And then I fell in love with this washing line. How cute.
I’m usually a light sleeper but now during my pregnancy, I’m like hawk – I hear everything. Some nights Jake snore a bit toooooo much. I go crazy!
& there was week 30.
Can’t tell if I’m wearing pants ,can you? Belly is big now.
When I do my yoga, it’s a funny feeling when my belly touches my legs, hello there bump!
An old favourite of mine: Chia pudding with heaps of cardamom:
2 cups of Almond milk or coconut milk
6 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 table spoon of oats
+ Lots of grinded cardamom, it’s best if you do it yourself so you get bits and pieces, don’t grind to much. Soak for 10min in the fridge.
I use frozen berries and some natural yoghurt with my chia pudding.
Top it with banana granola, nuts seeds -whatever you want. Such a great meal. Easy to prep and have ready in the fridge to for a few days.
Such a pleasure to go to the hair dresser . This is before.
Mama mia, soon there!
I can’t believe how fast it goes now. In the start, it all were pretty slow. Now it’s like a ticking bomb.
Jake and I have done some shopping, some clothes for the first few months. And lots of others stuff.
The big question is the choice of a pram, car thingy, yadayada..
Anyone got any tips? Please share.
Got this beautiful necklace from Kristin. It’s a Rose Quartz. Perfect lenght for to be on my belly.
”Rose Quartz is a stone of the heart, a stone of unconditional love. It carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace. It speaks directly to the heart chakra and heals what could be broken. It helps the user to feel a strong sense of self-worth, therefore being worth love.
It gives inner peace and helps in all matters pertaining to love in all its forms. Rose Quartz opens the heart to love”
The necklace is from Lite Kalabalik.
Done with the first washing.
The washing line was the cutest I’ve ever seen. Everything is so tiny.
I’m surely getting used to the lack of sleep, every night I wake up around 3am.
The back pain comes and goes. I don’t know why I havn’t done yoga at all. Yesterday I decided I’m gonna give myself 20min each morning and 20 min evenings. Can’t be this stiff anymore. 100% it will help my sore back too.
Pillows to stack under my knee and belly when sleeping helps.
Also I’m eating more bananas and trying to eat more nuts, it contains magnesium and that’s help to prevent cramps. Lately I’ve been waking up with cramps in my calves soon as I stretch out. ouuchh!
This is just tiny little things in all the beauty of becoming a mom. I’m a lucky one.
Another thing I would like to hight light is Världens barn right now. 15 000 children under the age of 5 years, dies every day. I’ve started a donation since last week and I’m so happy for all the help you guys provided so far.
So far we rasied money to give 800 kids treatment for pneumonia. I hope many more of you would like to donate. Please it means a lot for many. Press here to make a donation.
It could be 5sek, 10sek, 50sek, 200sek – all amounts makes a huge difference. Thank you.
