Week 35 preggers.

  • Hormones are high and low. jes!
    It’s easy to feel a bit lonely, don’t know why but thoughts and emotions come at me at as snow boll, straight in my stomache. Boom, here you go lady! Oh sweet thanks. ;/
    Sometimes I wonder why Jake don’t ask more about it all?
    But how can he know of all the emotions I’m going through.There is like a million thoughts a minute.
    If you are a ”soon to be dad”  there can never be to many hugs. Just be extra freaking amazing ok?
    Emotions are like the worst roller coaster ride for your lady  so just check in every minute ok? hahah!
    – I know I speak for all ladies out there with a bump.

  • Over all I’m still going strong. I can’t do to 8h work days no more, 4h is enough.
    My head and body gets pretty tired. I was at FGL Store on Saturday and luckily I had Lizette by my side, it was very busy. Talking to a lot of people and running around on concrete floor isn’t great. We did 6.5h and I felt tired..but it’s so much fun.
    Slept like a baby in the sofa on my Sunday ..
    Less work,  more rest from now on.

  • I gained 10kg which isn’t much at all, feel ‘big’ enough when getting up in the mornings. Especially after yoga too. Stiff like a fridge, (weird saying in Sweden)
  • I love fruit more than ever before. Glad that’s my craving.
  • I bought one pair of mama jeans, I guess my wardrobe is a bit ‘oversized’ so that’s good.
  •  I do yoga and breath work daily . I hope this will help me a lot through birth. Strong mind so far,
    will see how I will react during labour, but hopefully with deep breathing  I manage to control some of the pain.
    I’m excited for the next step – to enjoy my super strenght and bring a baby to this world.
    Will be the most powerful thing ever.
  • Have never been so excited for christmas before, baby brain delux. Time to decorate, it’s november so it’s not toooo early. (says only me)
  • We bought a pram and the rest.I did a Q&A on my instagram yesterday and I’m overwhelmed by the response, so many of you got involved. That is so much fun.

SOME TRUTH

hi,

This morning I shared some thoughts on my Instagram. How I feel about the algorithm, how IG changed a lot. You maybe noticed to, that you nowadays need to ‘check out’ someones feed and there was like 10 posts you havn’t seen cause they don’t show up in your feed anymore.

If I got this right it’s cause you havn’t liked the persons post enough, or within the 24h anyway.
All of a sudden you see so many accounts you ddn’t used to do. When doing this as a job nowadays,
it makes me worried sometimes, and this morning was one of those days.

I explained my love for all the likes and comments and how much they means to me, They makes a huge difference. It might sound weird and shallow- but a heart acually makes me going, it makes my account more ‘alive’ as a micro influencer you need all the love you can get cause you are very tiny amongst all.

I’m super excited for this new chapter in my life, I guess that’s why it’s scary sometimes too. My MirandaRebecca is my job nowadays so that’s why too, you kinda wanna stay floating.
I always been very open with how I feel and sharing for me is the best medicine.

MORE VEGGIES TO THE PEOPLE

More greens to me,  it makes my stomache so happy!

Sometimes I have so much love for cooking great food, somedays not at all. Right now I’m in a ‘bad’ period.
A sandwich with eggs could easily be my lunch for three days.
The other day I made Beetroot risotto which is super easy.

Not only easy it’s delicious to.

4 servings

1 diced onion
1 clove of garlic
3 dl arborio rice

Fry the things above in olive oil.
Rice should get a bit shiny, add:
2 dl white wine
Let the wine soak into your rice.
add your choice of stock -don’t have to be veg stock but that was my choice. Little by little -always stir your rice. Simmer slowly. This takes up to 15-20min. See if your rice is ready to eat by now or give it some extra minutes..

Add on a tablespoon of butter and 2dl parmesan cheese. In the end I added some sliced beetroots. (already cooked)
And while my rice where getting ready I pan fried some mushrooms as well…

A pretty yummy lunch I have to say.

The summer has arrived

Let me share some photos from our day yesterday. We spent most of it out in the sun.
Family Inglund took us out for a trip to one of the islands near by. Such a perfect day.

Life with a boat is so much better. This is how I spent my summers when I was a child to. We were always out on the islands. Fishing crabs, collecting wood for the bon fire, catching some mackerel for the dinner etc etc.

Talk about a relaxed body and mind after a day out on the sea!
Can’t wait to get our boat fixed now. A part needs to be changed and hopefully we’ll be out and about as much as we can this summer.

Måns wanna visit England now since he found out that in England you eat sandwiches with chips inside – Jake don’t teach him your naughty food habits. (Very wierd for a Swede to mix Chips with your lunch, big nono ! Sounds dreamy in Måns ears thou )

Lollo cooked us lunch and afters, 2 course meal on an island is not the baddest. A day to save in the heart for a long long time.

SPEAK UP

Ok, Friday 13th. It’s time to speak up, all of us. The date makes sense. Horrible things always happen on Friday 13th.

Kristin and I started first thing today. First subject was about #viknyterenblusförsara. Commonly used hash tag from today.
We felt that we wanted to show our love and support by speaking up by sharing this in social media and so did many others! Thank god. You should do it to. This has to end. NOW.

We had a dip in the sea after this photo was taken. I  jumped in three times. Well needed!
